Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 


 

Clothing and Home Decor Returns

  • All clothing and Home Decor items are eligible for store credit only within 14 days

  • Refunds are not offered

  • Store credit does not expire

 


 

Final Sale Items

An item may be marked final sale and if so is not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Marked-down or clearance items

  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise

  • Gift cards

 


 

Collective Vendor Items

Some products on our site are fulfilled by partner brands in our Collective Vendor Network.
These items are noted on the product page or at checkout.

Please note:

  • Collective items cannot be returned to Cedar and Thread

  • If your order includes these items, refer to the return instructions provided in your confirmation email

 


Broken or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us right away.
We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on the situation.

Please email us or come to the store with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We assess these cases individually and aim to resolve them quickly

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions or redirect you if it’s a Collective item
